The talent of other people challenges me in two ways. One is that it makes me want to do better, because I know they're the ones dreaming bigger - working harder. And then I'm challenged to get past jealousy and into contentment. I can wish that I could make something of this calibre, or I can bring what I have to the table with an attitude of thankfulness that I have anything at all.
